Summary

Bill Description

AN ACT relating to professions and occupations; authorizing title protection for music therapists; providing exceptions; providing definitions; and providing for an effective date.

Notes

With all the problems Wyoming residents are facing, lawmakers are wasting precious time and resources to try and regulate music therapists.

This bill defines "Music therapy" as the clinical and evidence based use of music interventions to accomplish individualized goals for persons of all ages and ability levels that are delivered during the course of a therapeutic relationship.
